Boodle Lunchbox

Boodle Lunchbox is creative improvised lunchboxes that honor the delight, vibrancy, and presence of Filipino foods placed in a common lunchbox. This reflects, expresses and honor the heritage and pride of Filipino culture within a common layout of a lunchbox to speak on delectable dishes and meals that can be put in limited containers.

Home Harvest

Home Harvest displays the gardening and harvesting practices within a small garden vineyard of commonly grown vegetables in the provinces or farms from the Philippines. This small garden is silhouetted to frame and reflect moments from the Philippines to Canada’s setting to establish the harmonious identity coexisting with one another. This is reflected through agricultural practices integrated in the abundance of Canadian land to grow and root pieces of Filipino identity.

Christmas Night

Christmas Night, Also known as “Simbang Gabi” is a celebration and tradition among Filipino families and neighbouring cultures to express and incorporate their traditions, practices, and presence in Christmas night. From decorations of stars or known as paroles to the display of the Nativity, Birth of Christ and the similarities and differences of decorations that are encapsulated to show a piece of each neighbour’s festive identity.
